Table 1 Influence of heparin neutraliser on the APTT. APTT clotting times were measured in NP with two reagents with crude cephalin diluted 1/100 and 1/3200, respectively. Mean results of two experiments and percent change in clotting time with addition of any heparin neutraliser are given. All experiments were performed in triplicates.
