Table 5 APTT-based Lupus Ratio in heparinised patients. Blood samples were collected from 11 patients with previous positive tests for LA before and five minutes after i.v. injection of unfractionated heparin 5000 IU. Polybrene was added to plasma with a final concentration of 7.9 μg/ml. (+) = weak positive LR; (++) = moderate positive LR; (+++) = strong positive LR.
