Effect on the amount of thrombin generation (peak thrombin generation or PTG) and area under the curve (AUCx10) of different concentrations of recombinant factor VIIa (rFVIIa) (5 μg/μL up to 0.125 μg/μL). Results are expressed as the mean values of samples obtained from 29 volunteers. Arrows indicate a statistical difference between values.
