Study Flow Chart. Patients that were identified using the search strategy described in the methods were entered on to a data base. Their case notes were reviewed and the patients that bore similarities to the experimental cohort of patients treated in the FRAGEM [8] and CONKO-04 [9] studies were selected for further analyses (IDPTP group). The miscellaneous reasons for exclusion are detailed.
