CiRs-126 overexpression attenuated the inhibitory effect of miR-21 on H/R-induced cardiomyocyte apoptosis. Cardiomyocytes were subjected to H/R treatment, followed by the measurement of expression levels of ciRs-126 (A) and miR-21 (B) by RT-qPCR. Cell apoptosis assay was performed to analyze the roles of ciRs-126 and miR-21 in regulating cardiomyocyte apoptosis induced by H/R (C). Western blot analysis for caspase 3, Bax, and Bcl-2 from cardiomyocytes induced by H/R (D). Data of three biological replicates of cell transfection groups were expressed as mean±SD. *, p<0.05
