Absent hydrolytic effect of hrGGT (0.5 μg/mL) in contrast with the complete GSH cleavage obtained by equine GGT (100 mU/mL) reversed by acivicin (ACI, 10−4M), an irreversible GGT inhibitor [20] inactive on hrGGT. Results from a single experimental set after overnight GSH incubation and expressed as percent changes from control. GSH was measured according to standard methods [19]
