Elevation of circulating LPS in mice promotes DVT via binding to TLR4. (A-C) Mice were treated with a low dose of LPS (50 ng/ml) with or without pretreatment of a TLR4 antagonist. Untreated mice served as controls (CON). The partial IVC ligation assay was performed on these mice.
