Distribution of group and treatments. Control group (C) was injected with saline solution (SS) 0.9% 1 ml i.p., and DMSO (Dimethylsulfoxide) as vehicle; Thrombosis (T) was induced in the fourth day of the experiment with k-carrageenan 4 mg/kg b.w. (b.w. = body weight), 1 ml i.v. (intravenous) in T, TPOLO, TSCLO and TIPLO group; TPOLO group was pretreated with Lavender oil per os-POLO (150 mg/kg b.w.) and vehicle; TSCLO group received pretreated with Lavender oil subcutaneously-SCLO (150 mg/kg b.w.) and vehicle; TIPLO group received pretreated with Lavender oil intraperitoneal-IPLO (150 mg/kg b.w.) and vehicle
