During the initial shock episode, the patient experienced severe impairment of liver and kidney functions. Following the first thrombus aspiration treatment, coupled with liver support and CRRT, liver function and kidney function exhibited gradual improvement within 3 days postoperatively. Subsequently, AST, Cr and BUN levels variably increased again prior to the occurrence of the second shock episode. After the second thrombus aspiration procedure, AST, Cr and BUN levels gradually decreased once more
