Subcellular localization of AT-GFP and ATfs-GFP in HEK293T cells. HEK293T cells expressing a construct encoding AT-GFP (A) or ATfs-GFP (D) were transfected with ER-Tracker™ Red (B, E). Both AT-GFP and ATfs-GFP were detected within the ER and co-localized with ER-Tracker™ Red (C, F).
