(B) The wire loop (black arrow) was pulled, while the forceps (white arrow) were pushed at the same time, in order to align the tip of the filter with the sheath. (C) After confirming that the tip was located within the sheath, the forceps were opened and drawn back (arrow), and the wire was firmly pulled to retrieve the filter. (D) The final venography of the IVC did not reveal any perforation
